Find the joy in the moment. Take a minute in your day! Look around you. You will find something that gives you that warm feeling inside!, Joy! laughter! Pleasure from the beauty that surrounds you.

Most important do this for your well being. These memories become a part of you. How you see the world. Pictures can bring an adventure to the present. This helps prevent sinking into all that darkness that exists in the world.

Guess what, there is more greatness and joy in this world, than darkness. Unfortunately the media focuses on the bad news vs the good. That doesn’t mean we don’t take time to reach out to those struggling or grieving, showing up for others. What it does mean: self care mentally and physically keeps you healthy so you can be a role model and lift up others.

When you feel good, you do more. You have less depression. You engage with friends and have more adventures.
